VR Photographers, (the contractor) and: The Business above

The client hereby enter into this contract as of submitting this form and receiving confirmation
from the contractor
The contractor will supply photographic and or video service at the said location or locations named above at a time and date stated above and agreed by both parties.
Any change to this agreement must be in writing and signed by all the parties.

Services Agreement
This confirms our contracting agreement:
The client agrees that VR Photographers shall provide services to photograph or film the client’s premises, product or production to the best of our abilities in accordance with the package selected and quoted for.
Every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction according to industry standards. Any artistic interpretation by the photographer will be deemed acceptable and correct. If you are not satisfied with your images through fault of VR Photographers your images will be retaken where possible.

BOOKING & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
1.The Client shall pay 100% of the full project fee at the time of signing this agreement
unless stated otherwise and agreed by both parties. This is A NON-REFUNDABLE
The project total is £97.00
2.In the event the client cancels the contractor anytime during the assignment, 50% of the outstanding balance shall be paid to the contractor for any loss of earnings incurred.
3.Client Shall pay the remaining balance within 14 days from receiving the electronic invoice from the contractor.
